QBS Technology Group announces the acquisition of the entire share capital of UAB Laknova, a Lithuania-based enterprise software distributor active throughout the Baltic region, where it is the 5th largest dedicated software distributor.

Laknova will be rebranded to QBS and its systems integrated over the next 12-18 months. QBS also announced the formation of an Irish subsidiary company and the opening of an office in Cork, Ireland.
